MANGALURU: Three persons were arrested for possession and attempting to sell ambergris worth Rs 90 lakh in Mangaluru in Karnataka’s Dakshina Kannada.
Mangaluru police commissioner Anupam Agrawal said that based on reliable information, City Crime Branch sleuths conducted a raid near Panambur beach on Monday.
The accused were identified as Jayakara, 39, of Saligrama village, Udupi, Aditya, 25, from Sagar of Shivamogga and Lohit Kumar Gurappanavar, 39, of Shiggaon, Haveri district.
