PUNE: A 25-year-old man, previously employed with a finance company, fell to death from the seventh floor of a mall on the Ahmednagar road in Vimannagar on Friday evening.
Senior inspector Vilas Sonde of the Airport police said, “We have registered an accidental death (AD) case in this regard on Saturday morning. He was a resident of Phulenagar in Yerawada. The deceased man was earlier employed with a finance company, having its office at Vimannagar. He had left his job a few days ago.”
He said, “We recovered the CCTV (closed-circuit television) footage of the mall in Vimannagar. It showed that the man had visited the mall alone. He was seen moving around the facility and going to the seventh floor of the mall alone.”
