Abhivyakti To Hold First Event In City | Vadodara News – Times of India


Vadodara: Abhivyakti — The City Arts Project will hold its first performance in Vadodara over the weekend. The event will witness three performances by noted artists at the Alembic Art District.
Four editions of the event have been held in Ahmedabad and one in Surat so far. So far, the festival has witnessed participation from more than 250 artists. The event will be held in the city under the banner Abhivyakti Vadodara. Abhivyakti is an initiative of UNM Foundation of the Mehta family of the Torrent Group.
On Saturday, P S Chari and his troupe will stage a performance on traditional theatre from Dang while Hardik Dave and Iktara will perform a folk music fusion concert. The band Tapi Project from Surat will perform contemporary rock on Sunday. TNN

Spread over 2,875 square meters, the facility includes a fire drill ground, tower, pump house, and various other systems. Approved by the Gujarat government, the purpose of this facility is to provide practical training and live demonstrations to students and professionals. Multiple organizations have partnered with GSFC University to set up the facility.
City eye hospital conducts medical educational event
Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital organized the annual Kalpavriksha 23 program for ophthalmology students. The two-day program included case presentations, discussions, and tips from experienced faculty. It covered exam-related topics and practical sessions on difficult cases and diagnostic procedures. The program also included awards and a quiz for participants. In other news, Lord Malayappa Swamy blessed devotees from the Kalpavriksha vahanam during the Brahmotsavams at Tirumala, AJ Hospital and Research Centre is launching an elderly engagement program called Vriddhi, and the Gujarat Cancer Research Institute is facing a shortage of oncologists due to faculty departures.
