Vadodara: Trouble broke out in Manjusar village of Savli taluka during a Ganesha immersion procession on Thursday evening. The procession came under attack when it was passing from the Garasia vaga area. Soon, both sides began pelting stones on each other that led to tension in the village. Police personnel present at the spot tried to contain the situation and disperse the riotous mobs. Videos of the incident went viral wherein people were seen pelting stones from the terraces. tnn

Rioting broke out during a rally organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Bajrang Dal in Selamba village, Narmada district. Stones were pelted and a shop was burnt down.
