LUCKNOW: A 14-year-old making a slow motion reel along with his three friends was mowed down by an express train near Jahangirabad Raj railway station of Barabanki district. The incident took place on Thursday. However, the visuals of the incident turned up online on Saturday afternoon.
The victim, identified as Farmaan, was a resident of Tera Daulatpur village of Jahangirabad area. He and his friends Shoaib, Nadeer and Sameer were playing close to the railway track and enjoying their day off on the occasion of Barawafat.
The video of the accident showed Farmaan walking extremely close to the railway track, when an express train mowed him down from behind.
According to GRP Barabanki, “Farmaan and his friends were making a reel when a train knocked down the teenager. His body was sent for autopsy and later handed over to his family.”
