Rajkot: A 39-year-old man was found murdered on a farm in Kaniyad village of Botad district.
Police have launched a hunt for the assailant after the victim Bhava Gorda’s father lodged a complaint with the Paliyad police station on Sunday night.
On September 30, Bhava left the house to purchase milk. However, he did not return until October 1 morning. His family members said that he had left the mobile phone at home while the dairy owner told them that Bhava had not come to his shop.
On searching for him, the family found his bike lying in a narrow internal road connecting another village. When they were searching in the nearby fields, they found his body with brutal stab injuries on the chest, abdomen and back. tnn
